$40 x 12 = $480

They also offer monthly payment plans, which are likely higher than $40, I’d guess a minimum of $49/month.

And while that can seem like a lot, the cost can be easily covered with a single freelance writing job. So if you actually use the tool, you’ll likely cover the cost easily. 

If life happens and you aren’t using it, it can be a burdensome expense.

My experience with Contena

I no longer freelance write, but back when I did, I was happy with Contena.
